It no longer serves a purpose, it has become a place of hate and vitriol that I will no longer be a part of. When my news feed is filled with more good than bad, more false than true and more hatred than heartwarming I know it is time to take my leave and go.
Twitter once served a purpose for me, I shared classrooms learning, explorations and discoveries. It was a place to connect, with families, with educators. It was a place of shared connection and celebration.
@AnthonyGermain This post fills my soul, thank you for this glimpse into a space that was my first classroom in 2004! I would love to be able to visit it again at some point in my career, thanks for the virtual visit.
@NLSchoolsCA Congrats Taylor! What a full circle moment to see you go from Grade 1 student @FMCSD to TLA to teacher! It might be time to check the retirement statement…when your past students are current teachers!
@PGrade6 What a great field trip for Grace 6 students learning about electricity, truly bringing science to life. @TyroneSPower maybe a possibility here in Holyrood ?
@MrChurchillNL@X@NLESDCA I feel the same, I had planned to use it more this year, but use it less than ever, also strongly dislike that unless you are logged in you don’t see most recent tweets, rendering it useless to post feed links to school websites
@MrsMcGrathNLESD @stpetersprim_mp Down around and don’t you stop, finish it off with a line on top! I think I know where the high fives have been coming from this week! Good job kinder-stars!
@HolyCrossElem is inviting #NLschools to remember the life of Lincoln Walsh who passed away tragically on Oct 18. On Monday, October 23, the school is inviting students to wear their sports jerseys to honour Lincoln's love of team play, family and friends. https://t.co/d6m7FbMR7H
