In our PSHE topic, Healthy Me, we are learning about how to keep our bodies healthy. The children suggested that we do a ⁦@dailymile⁩ so we felt our heart rate before and after and discussed how exercise keeps our heart and muscles strong. ⁦@CTS_Watford⁩ ⁦⁦
