@nikkibitching I didn’t get a real goodbye and I had no idea you could follow therapists outside BetterHelp at the time so now I have a new one that I see in person. But it was definitely not a good experience. BH also contacted me to continue with their service for a discount but I was done

@nikkibitching Text me but I couldn’t text her and she seemed to have no idea that that’s what happens when the subscription is cancelled, she was trying everything in her power, even contacting BetterHelp to figure out what was wrong and they told her. So that was the end and I was sad because
