Editing tip: when revising, send a copy of your manuscript to your Kindle app and read it like you would read a finished book. It’s a great way to notice typos and pick up on issues. You can highlight problems and make notes as you go along. #amwriting

Showing students that you don’t have to be an artist to create “visual notes” (cue stick figures) We used the opening scene of #OfMiceandMen to practice this strategy and then transferred our “notes” to a more traditional #2columnnotes document ✍️➡️💻
