Primary 6 had a wonderful time learning about the real meaning of Christmas at Bubblegum n Fluff yesterday. They learnt about life before Jesus and how he transformed people’s lives when he lived and enjoyed playing games and completing crafts. @misschristycps @MissMorrisCPS

Fantastic work from some P6 gardeners today! They were busy weeding and clearing the large raised bed at the front of the school. We filled an entire compost bin with garden waste and have kept the sunflower seeds for next year! @CarmondeanEco

Primary 6 loved the Halloween disco last night. Their costumes were amazing and the children had a ball dancing, dooking for apples and eating hotdogs. @misschristycps @MissMorrisCPS @CPSPSA

Primary 6 have been busy investigating mass this week. We have been learning how to estimate the mass of different objects, read scales and convert between grams and kilograms! Well done P6!⚖️ @MissMorrisCPS

Primary 6 are being challenged to apply their numeracy skills through problem solving activities. They are thinking critically about each problem and are using excellent mathematical language. #RICHtasks @MissMorrisCPS @misschristycps @DeansCHSMaths

Primary 6 are enjoying reading ‘There’s a boy in the girls’ bathroom’ They completed a carousel activity in groups, writing down the main features of 4 of the characters using evidence from the book for each answer. @misschristycps @MissMorrisCPS

P6 have been busy learning about measure in maths the last few weeks. We went outside to estimate the length of different objects before checking to see how accurate we were. We have also been learning about equivalent measurements and how to convert between metric units!📏

P4 had an AMAZING time at the Glasgow Science Centre a couple of weeks ago! There was so much to see and do and we even got to watch a short 3D film at the IMAX😎@gsc1 @MissMorrisCPS @MrsFletcherCPS

We are super proud of all of our P4 and P5 stars after their amazing performances yesterday!🌟 The children put in a lot of hard work and effort to make it the huge success that it was. We hope you all enjoyed watching them shine!🎤🎶🎭
