This session worked well last night 👌🏼

Started with a technical dribbling warm up with players getting lots of touches of the ball, changing direction, scanning, then 1v1/2v2s

Then went into overloads/underloads deciding when to pass and when to dribble

Finished with a match

Amazing penalty shootout last night for England to grab the win.

Then onto futsal with the u13/14s working on movement, timing runs, and creating space. Always starts slow but by the end the girls were on fire with some beautifully timed runs and rotations 🔥

Next, 1v1v1 under intense pressure, staying on the ball and scoring goals. Extremely intense sessions

Then touched on some tactics, discussing why we press, who presses, and how to set traps. As well as defending as team and getting behind the ball to stop the opposition scoring
