Give your best during the school day, then give your best to life beyond work. Rest, family, hobbies, and health — they all matter.

Teaching is one of the most important jobs there is. But it’s still a job — it shouldn’t consume every part of who you are.

Looking after yourself isn’t selfish. It’s essential.
