Hah! I thought this was only us perimenopausal women. My ex husband was one of those instasleepers and I had such irrational rage about it.
I actually have to listen to sleep stories on an app now to fall asleep. The ones I use are on Headspace but there’s tons of different ones everywhere. Highly recommend. Also, have you tried sleeping on a croissant-shaped pillow? 😉
When your bakery opens I’ll make a trip to Texas. I miss good croissants!
