Over the weeks, the children have taken part in extreme reading which they have thoroughly enjoyed!

We then created our own class reading river - they loved giving recommendations to their peers. The use of dialogical book talk helped to form opinions on the books they had read

@KeelyTitley1 I was getting £90 a day and then moved up to £100. The maximum I ever got was £110 but even then that was a push. From what I’ve seen/read, it seems as though supply teachers in the North West get less pay.

@EamaMaria He was very brief and explained it wouldn’t be possible or fair for exams to go ahead in Summer. Gavin Williamson is needing to consult with Ofqual on which exams will go ahead.
