In fact it can become one of the most important parts of a session if used correctly

@MrPatPrimary I used to give full option, so skipping ropes out, walking and chatting with friends, footballs and basketball to dribble with. I even allowed scooters and bikes once a half term, keeping it different and student choice allowed them to thrive
