Saving humanity, styling hair, and losing my sons inheritance to crypto whales.creator. mother.hilarious. dirty haired peaceful human. Chronic illness slayer.
Reasons I bought myself pink sparkly Gucci sandals:
1. Life is short and I shouldn’t wear platform sandals when I’m 80
2. My kid made me mad this week and I’m spending his inheritance
3. I’m gonna be rich soon anyway
4. Pink sparkly sandals bring joy to everyone
@TheoVon Lesson to everyone: if you think a friend is struggling, DONT publicly discuss it. Definitely don’t discuss them struggling at their job. Goes without saying that it’s not helping!
When I don’t have to worry about getting Hantavirus from the people I work with because they can’t afford a cruise.
But I might get it from the rodents in your house
I don’t care what anyone says:
I’m a dog mom
I’m a cat mom
I’m a bird mom
I’m a human mom
Being a human mom is not the same as the others, at all. And yes we deserve a day to be celebrated.
If you want to celebrate yourself for owning a pet. Go ahead. But it’s not the same.
This morning when I was walking downtown I saw a DPW guy working.
We said his to each other.
He told me he hopes I have a great day.
What some people may not know is that interactions like this are literally God speaking to us. Even when God looks like a guy picking up litter.
A lot of people do not understand that mental health is a disease just like physical diseases.
I have multiple sclerosis and OCD.
If I could only get rid of one it would be the OCD. It’s torture.
I am an Italian woman with a child who has chronic depression who is forever annoyed with me. So basically he’s sad/annoyed, I ask him if I can make him food, he’s annoyed again, I ask him what he wants to eat, he’s annoyed again, it goes on forever
I have drank coffee on the porch, worked out, walked the dog in the rain, donated money to the charity walk across the street, taken a bubble bath with my bird, thrown a load of laundry in and started the dishwasher. It’s 10:45. I thought it was at least noon
@Fuk00017838@pgh_scanner This may come as a surprise, but people with substance use work EVERYWHERE. They are your doctors, teachers, librarians, car salespeople, therapists, bankers….
Substance use does not discriminate.
What if I just walked off this driving range, got in my car without telling anyone and drove away. Maybe to the beach?
Cuz I’m dead ass contemplating it that’s how badly I don’t want to play golf
