@10DowningStreet 😥 whats the deal with international travel? I need to travel abroad to spouse who is due an op in few weeks. since Feb been apart.. the day i was to fly out to be with him you put us in lockdown 2.0 meanie 😠 . Where do we stand? Can we travel or what with private PCR test ? 😢

@BorisJohnson make a mandatory to have a pcr test or rapid test prior to international travel in and out of UK. From 2 December that opens international flights up .paid for by customer or airline holliday agent .

@AfriWoman So confusing 😣 coz of the PMs lack of clarity about international travel..iv missed my scheduled flight that was for tomorrow from bham airport..since Feb not seen my spouse.. and now i find out my flight is to go ahead from birmingham airport as normal 😔 so confused 😔

@SwainITV It's not just hospitality. International travel banned with 4 days’ notice = travel companies once again working around the clock to help customers, while having to hand over refunds. Many will fail without urgent sector-specific support @RishiSunak. #SaveTravel #SaveFutureTravel

@mshafiquk How unfair. I spent £250 on private covid test fit to fly , doing everything the right way to fly out on sat 7th nov 2020 to get to my spouse who is unwell and then this happens. I don't know where i stand if i can go or not. Emergency reasons? Do we need to show proof or what??

Booked for a covid 19 fit to fly test that has cost me over £250 ..over £600 for ticket for me to fly out on 7th Nov 2020 and this is the outcome?
No way am i going on holiday. Emergency reasons regarding my spouse.
What a mess up and we have to suffer
