Most wonderful morning of outdoor learning today as we took part in the RSPB Big Schoolsβ Birdwatch. There is nothing I love more than seeing the children working collaboratively in the outdoors π±πͺΆ
We are saying an emotional goodbye to our wonderful headteacher this week. A true example of someone who leads with kindness and understanding. Mostly however, I am just grateful that she has brought back my confidence and love for teachingβ¦something I thought was long gone β€οΈ
For the first time since graduating, I can see myself staying in the teaching profession for the long haul. Feeling settled and valued in my place of work is a feeling I never thought possible. Sometimes a change is all you need. πͺπΌ
First week in my new teaching role β
Feeling blessed and thankful to be working in a school that is filled with such a supportive team. This is exactly what I needed to get my confidence in teaching back up. πͺπΌππΌ
I had an interview yesterday that I walked away from disappointed with. I thought I had let myself down & convinced myself I wouldnβt be offered the post.I later received the best call. Shocked was an understatement. Proud of myself for making the jump to give teaching another go
