I've been offered a permanent post at my current school and to do it all officially i have to do an interview on friday. Any tips? I'm not good at them at all. I was told it wouldn't be too much but the thought stresses me out a bit #ect @MrTs_NQTs

16yr old girl in care highest grades in her school. She applies to study at a prestigious college and is refused. The college has some of the wealthiest children attend. I made contact with the college asking for an explanation using the term discrimination. She's accepted.

It's fixed for 1 term but they'll support my ECT and if another job comes up I'll be in line for it!!!

Mad my year group is getting another ect. That makes 3 of us out of 4. I've at least finished my first year so im almost done. 3 more terms to go wooooop wooooop.

Throwback to my first day of secondary where I lost my pen then got shouted at for looking for my pen then cried all the way home because I was told at primary losing your stationary would not fly

Here’s the thing. You can’t tell by looking at a group of children who is going to worry or not. You can’t tell from their faces who is so worried about their lost pen that they are shaking in their shoes. They will hide it. You can’t predict the impact on each child. 10/

Had a really rough time as an NQT. Bullied then almost quit. Teaching wasn’t for me. I’ve since moved schools. I’m so happy where I am, can’t see myself leaving. Was told it gets better. I believe it actually does. Really looking forward to starting a new year @MrTs_NQTs #ECT
