Temu’s business model essentially is to trap and confuse you with complicated discounts. By the time you get to the checkout page, you’re so tired that you don’t even question how the total is $40 despite 100% off on all except one $20 item + free shipping. Math ain’t mathing 😅
Here applying for jobs. Seems recruiters are confused between gender and sexuality. Why does a company need to know my sexual preferences in order to hire me? How is this okay to ask if an applicant is pansexual, bisexual etc. wtf 😳

If a block is formatted as 'code', then this option pops up. 👏 Lol, @NotionHQ is winning in its technical talent recruitment strategy.
I'm curious about the click-through rate and the eventual # of applications that come out of this. Good thinking regardless!
@CitImmCanada@theJagmeetSingh I’ve been waiting for some movement on my PR application for 1.5 years, while there’s zero information on what’s happening. I have not seen my family in over 2 years because of this. And the government blames it on WFH. Really?!?!?
The amount of stress and money this has cost me is insane. And then there are people whose PR applications have been processed in 4 months. Why am I being punished for having submitted my application before covid and all the other issues came along?
Finally, this is not to take away from the plight of Ukraine and Ukrainians. I have no words to say, except I’m deeply ashamed humans are capable of being so sickeing (goes out to Afghans, Syrians, Iranians, Palestinians all the same)
Regardless of which side wins, the ones that truly lose is commoners who simply want to live their lives in peace. Shameful all in all, but even worse is the narrative that the alternative (Ukraine joining forces with the west) was morally correct - because it fucking isn’t
I’m totally comfortable with reading 4 good books in 2022 and systematically applying what I learn instead of jumping on the meaningless trend of x number of books blah blah
