@RBC Yes, she wanted to make an appointment to speak with someone at the branch. She was told she could only make the appointments online or via the app. Which is ridiculous. I have made an appointment under my account and will take her with me. This should not be so difficult.

In case you’re wondering how much use it takes to wear out the lid seal on a @YETICoolers Rambler Mug, the answer is five days a week for four years (give or take). Now it drips from around the gasket. Very sad.
