@JE_teach_MFL @MrTs_NQTs I have loved it. It’s been tough at times and you’ve got to be incredibly organised, but it’s allowed me to practice my research in the classroom and my students have loved ‘going through it with me’. Worth it in the end 🎉

@MrsSpedding @MrTs_NQTs Accept the good lessons with the bad, don’t focus on being perfect, but find a minute you love every lesson. Trust yourself and be kind to yourself. Trust your students and they’ll learn to trust you back. It’s an exhausting job- but it’s an incredible job. Enjoy it & believe it!

@MrEMediaStudies I’ve just finished my first year and the biggest lesson I learnt is don’t try to be perfect (although it’s so hard!). You learn every single lesson, accept the good lessons with the bad, learn to trust your students and they’ll trust you back. Have fun- it’s the best job!
