A wholesome start to my weekend with a quick visit to @HighbankPrimary year 6 leavers prom. Soo lucky to have been able to teach them in both years 1 and 2. Such a lovely class. Now they're all grown up and going to secondary school, I won't cry about how old that makes me feel!

We're not at school but that doesn't stop us from joining in! Class 4 used their amazing photography skills to capture something blue, white and red around the home so we could create our own flag. Check this out! #Highbank

Coming to the end of the strangest week in Class 4 with a zoom as we are isolating. The children were amazing, so well engaged and reading the animal riddles they've come up with since our meeting is brilliant. Here are a few, can you guess? #Highbank

Passion project is in full swing! We've dug out the planters, filled them up with fresh soil ready for some new plants and we made our minibeast stacks. Its amazing what children can do with some wood and bricks! Problem solving and teamwork were key today 😁. #Highbank

We have had the best day at @YorkshireWP today. We saw lots of animals and all of the children were brilliant. Lots of tired legs and slightly soggy children (we got caught in a downpour!)
