Today was Game Day! We worked hard and rewarded ourselves with lots of play time throughout the day. We even used our Writing Block to create our own board games! I have the best students!!

3. The fact that after almost a year of virtual/hybrid learning I get to welcome my 15 bestfriends into the same classroom for the first time!! 🙌🏻

Everyday I end my morning meeting by saying “Love Miss Stevens”! This week some of my students have started saying it back as they log off of Zoom and it’s made our first week of blended learning so much sweeter ❤️

“Favorite Friday” is my favorite day of the week! I love learning about all their favorites! Today we tallied up our answers and found out that FALL is the most popular favorite season in our class! 🍂 🧡🎃👻

this weekends project was an “affirmation station” to include in my classroom this year! I can’t wait to hang it up tomorrow and see my 2nd graders (hopefully soon) stand in front of it and believe in themselves!
