Many of us will have fond memories from our school days when we had a few nights away at an outdoor centre by the sea or in the mountains, but should every child in Wales take part in a compulsory week of outdoor education?

Blwyddyn 1 had lots of fun this week exploring capacity using water, pasta and rice! They were able to make estimations and discuss which containers had more or less than others. Da iawn βοΈπ
I had the lovely opportunity to visit Caerphilly Castle with Blwyddyn 3 this week, learning about the history of the castle and conflict! π°π΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ Ώπ
Year 1 have loved taking control of their edible garden πͺ΄ Unfortunately some of their vegetables have been damaged so we problem solved and this was the solution they came up with! We are all looking forward to watching them grow π±π¦οΈπͺ΅π»
