Very sad at the passing of Shirley Hughes, one of my all time favourite authors and illustrators. I have loved sharing my Alfie and Annie-Rose collection with KS2 in assembly. I will read my book of poems tonight in remembrance.

So Facebook memories have reminded me this morning that it’s been 8 yrs since I received my QTS certificate. There’s been some tough times & some weird times (2020-21!) but the amazing, exciting & fun times have definitely outweighed negatives! #teacherlife
