@STVNews Buses are unreliable. Even using the live maps app buses regularly vanish or don't show up. Many times, I have had to pick up my teenage daughter as her bus has not turned up, so she is left standing at a stop at 10pm at night with the next bus being over a 30 min wait.

@itvnews Love this! I have always thought this should be a language taught in schools. Someone can be born in this country and yet be unable to effectively communicate with the majority of people as the language they are required to use is not routinely offered or taught.
