@vinted what about your app & service isn’t flawed!? I’ve paid p&p to send items I’ve sold, though it’s meant to be pre-paid for. One of those orders has been cancelled for refund when they’ll receive the item today. & the team reply to a message assuming they’ve fixed the issue.

@sainsburys delivery slot between 9-10pm chosen - driver no where in sight. Waited up until 11pm in case they were just running late - no show. Next morning an email to be thanked for cancelling the order..
