Carrying on with our Spiral topic for this term, year 1 went outside and used chalk to draw spiral on the ground. They used big arm movements and small wrist movements to create these! Everyone’s spirals looked different, they were amazing! @MissGoldsmithML 🎨🌀

Today in Science we have explored what plants are evergreen and what plants are deciduous! We then went on a learning walk to see if we could spot the different plants in our school environment!🌲🌳🍂🍁@MissEdgeMLP @MissMyersMLP

Yesterday in Tennis club we learnt lots of new skills we learnt with the Tennis coach! The children were amazing at 2 shots we learnt this week! The ‘Volley’ and ‘Forehand’ 🎾🎾

What an amazing last week of term we have had with lots of easter fun!
Breakfast with the Easter Bunny, A visit to St. Lukes Church, Easter Bonnet parade and an eater egg hunt in class!! Happy Easter 🐰🐣🌼

Arts and crafts after school club made some amazing Children in Need pictures! We worked really hard on our fine motor skills when using our scissors. This is as such an important skill to learn, well done 💫!!

What a lovely end to our craft club for this term!! We designed our own Pumpkins and then finished off with some lovely colouring! We tried really hard to use scissors to help is develop our fine motor skills further! 🎃🎃
