Such a positive day today all of my classes were amazing! Even the tricky characters were fab 👏🏻 Can’t believe I am in my third year of teaching already! So excited to see what this year brings 👩‍🏫

Took yr9 to a local college last week and ran into an old science teacher of mine who now lectures there. Was an amazing feeling telling him all about my time in the profession so far! Such a full circle moment for me, seeing him inspire the students that I teach to aim high 👏🏻

All ready to start teaching in my lovely classroom again tomorrow after having a relaxing summer break 🌞 Excited to see what my second year of teaching brings, I can’t wait to see the students!🥳

A gift made by one of my amazing students to hang on my tree. Xmas isn’t just about gift giving but this sure did make me feel appreciated. My first term completed as an ECT and I couldn’t be any happier at my school. Here’s to 2023 and impacting the lives of more young people 🥳

Week one completed as an ECT and I survived! I feel so lucky to be in such a supportive department and school. I was extremely nervous but I’m so proud of myself for coping so well. Spending my weekend relaxing in preparation for another busy week ahead 😴🤩

@idilyilmxz @MrTs_NQTs Congrats! I’d suggest looking at the national curriculum and see where your gaps are! If you know your placement school then have a look at what they teach. I bought a @Pirongs teachers planner which helped me to be really organised! Most of all relax and get lots of sleep! 🤣
