Today, Y7 were thrilled to be visited by author & illustrator, Curtis Jobling!Curtis spoke to students about his work & brilliant books, thrilling them with hair-raising readings.Later, 20 students took part in a creative writing workshop, where they wrote their own creepy tales.

@ChapmanLJ Oh, how this resonates. Second week back, full time, off today with a poorly 8 month old. It has been hard. Really, really hard emotionally and physically ๐ด. Heโs decided he doesnโt want to sleep through anymore and Iโm tired. Exhausted in fact.

@sarajcox Anglesey: I was 8 and wanted to get my brother in trouble, so I snuck into the communal swimming pool and poured a bucket of soil in hoping to blame it on him. I knew Iโd be in trouble so hid in the caravanโs cupboard until my mum found me! Oh dearโฆ
