Orange's new School of Rural Medical has officially opened today, but Charles Sturt says more places for students are needed.
It comes as the state faces a regional doctor shortage, with calls for better access to services for rural communities.

Kennedy, Maranoa and Groom all voted against the reform, but the other 13 who opposed it were all from around Sydney and Melbourne.
