It was a privilege to be a part of this amazing collaborative art project commemorating 100 years of the poppy appeal. Why not go and visit and try to spot your child's poppy?! (The wall can be found in Lakeside, near MacDonalds on Level 2 - House of Fraser end.)
Year 1 had a fantastic day with Classroom Adventures on Wednesday, designing and making their own toy. They also had the opportunity to explore a range of old toys from different centuries, which they all found very interesting and fascinating!
This afternoon the children decorated pots and planted seeds to grow their own lettuce. Remember to water them every couple of days and then watch them grow🥬 @QHAThurrock#HAF2021 @EssexActivAte
We’re having lots of fun outside this morning playing football, being creative with chalk and trying to free dinosaurs from the ice @QHAThurrock#HAF2021
