@Halfords_uk Booked an appointment via their Customer Services team for a dash cam fitting. Turned up only to be told appointment did not exist as fitter only worked on Sundays. Store had informed HQ a few weeks before as it happened to other customers. Wasted time and petrol

@SW_Help Thanks. A very helpful SWR person checking something at the station was able to confirm the issue was that the guard is on the train that was just passing on the opp side. We’ve abandoned Winchfield and are driving to another one as that train isn’t going anywhere
