☹️ That situation could have been handled much better. @KFC_Botswana, I hope you understand that the video and your response which licensed someone to further make content was uncalled for. While addressing customer service issues is important, that was not a customer service concern, and even then it’s equally crucial to protect your staff from abuse. There was no need to apologize at the expense of your employee, who did nothing to warrant the position she was put in. You should foster a process for customer feedback/reviews that ensures constructive engagement without subjecting your employees to embarrassment or mistreatment. That was just sad. I hope she suffered no consequences too.
