Does anyone have any recommendations of any Ancient Egyptian adventure stories suitable for Year 1? My class are using Marcy and the Riddle of the Sphinx, but some children will not be able to access this. Thank you in advance. #edutwitter#teachertwitter
Wish I had discovered @tombennett71 at the start of my NQT year. If you haven’t read ‘Running the Room’ or listened to any of his podcasts, you’re missing out! #edutwitter
Who else will join me in challenging @GavinWilliamson to spend next week sitting, unvaccinated, in crowded classrooms next week to prove that he's convinced they're a safe environment? Please RT.
Does anyone know of any short video clips that are about Stone Age/cavemen/ exploring caves, that would be good for children to write descriptions about (to work on fronted adverbials)? Struggling to find one without words or one that isn’t just a comedy animation #edutwitter
Please can I have some tips on stopping that low level disruption in class. Especially when it’s not one particular child and they start to get noisy? Thank you in advance :) #edutwitter
@mfrancis2612 Can I ask, did you do these double sided or just one per page? I’m trying to work out how to best lay mine out without confusing the children
@MissLMorrissey I don’t know where you live, but near to me we have a Scrapstore that sells things like this. I bought 3 for £1.50 each and then used paint and cushions and fabric to make the rest :)
