@mlduncan7 In the same story? I’d change it. Unless they’re siblings. A couple is probably okay but I’d avoid it personally. Or I’d at least give them nicknames that get used more than their full name to avoid using the -ey names

Why have the @metoffice changed the UV rating reporting? I want the number. I shouldn’t have to go to the app for info and ‘low’ and ‘moderate’ mean nothing to me. I need to know the number.

@tonyhenandez790 If adults are writing for adults and they don’t use any swearing, I would be questioning the appropriateness of the language used. Adults swear. Teens swear. Kids sometimes swear. I follow humans speech patterns, which includes swearing.

@mlduncan7 I very rarely include any religion. I’m not religious, so I just don’t think about it, unless the character tells me to. For example, in a story I’m writing the character just walked into a church, so we’re doing that…not that it’s going to be religious

@dave43law I’m not sure if they’ve found a loophole. The badge is nondescript and nothing written on the clothing. So perhaps opted for a generic outfit that looks similar to their work one. Is that a way around the rule?

@bowslingercraft @JustAMomNamedMM Same! I only avoid washing brand new things with paler items but after that first wash all darks I’ll pop them all in together.

I’ve only had 1 issue and the 1 top impacted just went from a creamy white to a pale blue all over. Still works.
