Just had a kiddo in elementary Autistic support participant in an entire Disney Workout. The staff in his classroom were shook & said they have never seen him that engaged in anything like that.

1st class of day: told the gym is unavailable, make a whole new plan for the fitness center, gym is then available the whole class period

2nd class: get to school with cart of equipment & PE teacher realized he told you the wrong gym availability time.

Found out today one of my AS kiddos that goes out to regular PE & has Adapted PE calls regular PE “gym” and adapted PE “fun gym.”

This school year I feel like I’m barely teaching & simply just running around the district taking everyone else’s kids for 30-45 minutes while they get their lunch/prep. (Oh, I eat at 2:30).

Definitely not enjoying my job right now.
