@ITAAirways My connecting flight with @Delta #1389 from Fort Laud was delayed at @JFK airport terminal 2. Our flight to Milan on ITA 605 was out of terminal 1, I spoke to the check-in person before boarding the airplane, as well as the counter staff who swap our boarding pass

@ITAAirways I have called 4 times and all 4 times the representative hang up on me. the worst customer service! I've been trying to locate my laugage which still at JFK airport terminal 1 (has an airtag tracker). I was told it was going to arrive to Milan on 12/30/2022

I have had a nightmare dealing with @ITAAirways Our luggage was lost in #Heathrow even though we “confirmed” before boarding it would be on the plane. This was after a SEVEN hour delay on #ITAAIRWAYS behalf. Our 12 day trip has been spent trying to locate vanished luggage.
