When the @HSBC_UK call centre deliberately hold a call, not put on hold, just not speaking, as the team they are putting you through to is going home, so that you miss the cut off time for them answering. When you’ve been on hold for 1 hour already takes the biscuit!

So my 71 neighbour that I help as she is disabled and housebound (shopping, cuppa, natter, decorating) asked me to help her to get tattoos. Temporary ones have been ordered! Anyone in southeast UK that has experience with tattooing elderly at home would great to hear from you!
