@bsesdelhi @ArvindKejriwal @BJP4Delhi @AtishiAAP There is no power in Malviya Nagar H block for the last 8 hours!! Your customer care is useless and never has info. There are sick/old people/pregnant ppl living here too who are falling more ill now.

@WakefitCo What is my order status – ORDER202110qTrnYO ? The CC has been saying the same thing over & over again that I will get an email within 48hrs but nothing ever happens. I need an update right away! This is very pathetic service by wakefit.

@WakefitCo You cant tell me currently that whether the product has been dispatched or the mode of transport, or am I to expect the products to fly and reach me? Such incompetent CC who cant provide me with basic status of product delivery. I need confirmation by EOD abt the delivery status.
