@ZARA_UK I paid for 16 items on the 28th Nov and received the wrong order. I have repeatedly contacted your help centre, NO resolution, NO manager contact, NO accountability, STILL NO ITEMS. I expect my items immediately. #ConsumerRights#ZaraFail
@GateHub This is looking very much like theft!!! Not allowing people access to their belongings. AVOID THIS PLATFORM! And not responding to numerous emails and messages from customers. Theft!
