A Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) was signed between #MissionSmile and #IndianOil Corporation Limited (IOCL) wherein, IOCL will support 245 cleft surgeries from #Assam, #Meghalaya, #Nagaland and #Mizoram. Dignitaries from IndianOil - AOD State office attended the event.
