As Teacher Appreciation week ends, understand we have a teacher shortage because we have an attrition crisis. Teachers are leaving in droves because they don’t feel supported, valued, & they are simply burnt out. We need to take care of our teachers more than one week a year.

@usedgov Several MS TLs have brought #msecet2 to MS the past 2 years. That type of celebratory, networking, sharing PD is remarkable. Also, #EdCamp style PDs are a personal fave. Nothing beats teachers teaching teachers. #FellowsatED
