"On day one, your speaker must address and tackle Amendment 3. Overwhelmingly in Missouri, polls show that Missourians want restrictions on abortions.

And yet, with Amendment 3, what do we have?

Unrestricted abortion. Taxpayer-funded abortion. And if the person performing the abortion does something and if the woman is injured, you can no longer sue.

That's what we have. So we have to tackle that. And we will. On day one we have to address the unelected bureaucracy- the administrative deep state that is so deeply entrenched in Missouri.

A much higher percentage of Floridians than Missourians voted for a version of abortion in the Sunshine State, but it spectacularly failed…b/c Florida has a much higher, & much more sane & appropriate threshold to amend the sacred document known as their State Constitution.

As with just about everything, Missouri should be more like Florida.
