ये कैसी "परीक्षा पे चर्चा", जहाँ रोज़ाना लीक होता पर्चा !

मोदी सरकार ने देश की शिक्षा व भर्ती प्रणाली को तहस-नहस कैसे किया है -

1⃣NEET, UGC-NET, CUET (Common University Entrance Test) में पेपर लीक, धाँधली और घोर अनियमितताओं का अब पर्दाफ़ाश हो चुका है।

2⃣बहुप्रचारित NRA - National Recruitment Agency पूर्णतः निष्क्रिय है।

▫️अगस्त 2020 में मोदी जी ने बड़े जोर-शोर से NRA की घोषणा की थी। ज़बरदस्त ढिंढ़ोरा पीटकर उन्होंने बोला था - "NRA करोड़ों युवाओं के लिए वरदान साबित होगी। सामान्य पात्रता परीक्षा के माध्यम से, यह कई परीक्षाओं को समाप्त कर देगा और कीमती समय के साथ-साथ संसाधनों की भी बचत करेगा। इससे पारदर्शिता को भी बड़ा बढ़ावा मिलेगा"

▫️सरकारी नौकरियों के लिए मोदी सरकार ने दावा किया था कि NRA सभी नौकरियों के लिए एक ही भर्ती परीक्षा करवाएगी।

▫️4 वर्ष बीत गए हैं, National Recruitment Agency (NRA) ने अब तक एक भी परीक्षा नहीं करवाई।

▫️3 वर्षों के लिए NRA को ₹1,517.57 करोड़ का फंड मुहैया कराया गया। लेकिन दिसंबर 2022 तक केवल ₹20 करोड़ ही ख़र्च किया गया।

▫️जब-जब संसद में विपक्ष ने जवाब माँगा, तो मोदी सरकार टाल-मटोल और बहानेबाज़ी करती गई।

▫️NRA को केवल निचले स्तर पर अभ्यर्थियों की छटनी करने के लिए एक एजेंसी मात्र बना दिया गया, बल्कि उसको भर्ती परीक्षा की एकमात्र एजेंसी बनना था।

3⃣30 लाख सरकारी नौकरियाँ खाली हैं। इन्हें न भरकर मोदी सरकार द्वारा SC, ST, OBC व EWS युवाओं से आरक्षण का अधिकार छीनने की योजनाबद्ध साज़िश रची गई है।

4⃣NCERT की पुस्तकों में वैज्ञानिक सोच को बढ़ावा न देकर उसे राजनीतिक रंग दिया जा रहा है। UGC, CBSE, IIT, IIM जैसी संस्थानों की स्वायत्तता को ख़त्म किया गया है।

5⃣RTI के मुताबिक़ पीएम मोदी के "परीक्षा पे चर्चा" के खर्च में 6 वर्षों में 175% का उछाल आया है।

जो सरकार बिना धाँधली के एक देशव्यापी परीक्षा नहीं करा सकती, उसके मुखिया द्वारा छात्रों को "परीक्षा" पर ज्ञान की वर्षा, बेईमानी है !

झूठे वादों से करोड़ों युवाओं को बेरोज़गारी के दलदल में धकेलकर, मोदी जी, क़ैमरे की छाया में, बीते दिन यूनिवर्सिटी घूम रहे थे !

"पहली नौकरी पक्की", "आरक्षण का अधिकार" व "पेपर लीक से मुक्ति" का हमारा एजेंडा हम कायम रखेंगे।

युवाओं के अधिकारों के लिए सड़क से संसद तक हमारा संघर्ष जारी रहेगा।

हमारी मांग है-

• NTA को बैन किया जाए
• NEET परीक्षा फिर से कराई जाए
• धांधली में शामिल लोगों पर सख्त कार्रवाई हो

PM मोदी NEET की धांधली पर खामोश हैं। यही प्रधानमंत्री एग्जाम से पहले 'परीक्षा पर चर्चा' करते हैं।

अब उन्हें 'पेपरलीक' पर चर्चा करनी चाहिए।

ये मोदी सरकार के अहंकार की हार है जिसके चलते उन्होंने हमारे युवाओं के भविष्य को रौंदने का कुत्सित प्रयास किया।

केंद्रीय शिक्षा मंत्री पहले कहते हैं कि NEET में कोई पेपर लीक नहीं हुआ।

जब बिहार, गुजरात व हरियाणा में शिक्षा माफ़िया की गिरफ़्तारियाँ होती हैं, तो शिक्षा मंत्री मानते हैं कि कुछ घपला हुआ है !

NEET की परीक्षा रद्द कब होगी?

मोदी जी, NEET परीक्षा में भी अपनी सरकार की धाँधली व पेपर लीक को रोकने की ज़िम्मेदारी लीजिए !
