Today, work not to export your anxiety onto other people. Give space for your own emotions & those of the people around you but be wise in your expression. You may have more restless mental, physical or emotional energy than usual: find healthy & productive ways to discharge it

@notmanyofyou (2) I think there needs to be a balance. I loved your discussion about mystery vs certitude. Can also be trust in who God is vs need/desire to understand fully and draw definitive conclusions.
