@LGUS Cost me money to order out and I just am so disappointed... How does a "Brand New" Refrigerator need a compressor in less than a week...????!!!! This is the most horrible experience ever! I want what I purchased! A Brand New Refrigerator! Not a piece of Junk!

@LGUS Repairman just left my house stated that my "Brand New" Refrigerator needs a compressor! They have scheduled me for an appointment on October 27th.... I have not gotten any use out of this appliance! It has ruined my food!

@LGUS The repair company called and said they cannot come until the 19th!!! How is this acceptable...I paid for a brand new "working" refrigerator which is already not working and now they expect me to wait a week to see if they can fix it!!!! This is horrible!

@LGUS I received a brand new refrigerator on October 8th went out of town the very next morning, returned to find my ice cream melted and all of my previously frozen food defrosted yesterday October 11th, LG scheduled service for a brand new refrigerator my food is ruined!
