Genuine question, how is it ever possible to get a feedback report like this and NOT get refunded LP?

- This player locked in Yuumi with TP/Barrier (we all reported in champ select. No lobby termination.

- In game they soft inted, hopping off ADC every time there was a fight and pushing the wave while she was dead. All reported, no game termination.

- Then we get a notification that they got punished, but did not get refunded the LP that the SYSTEM ITSELF recognized was the result of a griefer.

The system failed on 3 different fronts.

This is part of why players are so frustrated right now, things like getting failed by the systems in place and not being given proper compensation (refunded LP) for people that ruin the game for others.

@RiotPhroxzon Why is Nautilus getting nerfed? He's already squishy as is. His last buff was a year ago and that was the damage for his E in the jungle role. His Q also got buffed along with his E so I'm not understanding why he needs a nerf..
