@MyCairn_MagPie@Delta@KTOOpubmedia This is truly heartbreaking and they can spew all the crap they like about doing their bit for the earth when it should have been an absolute priority to get this sorted immediately
@musicintheair@Delta I am enraged. Four days they allowed them to sit on the tarmac with local bee keepers begging and pleading and doing all they could. This is worse than any lost bag, redirected flight or passenger treated like dirt
@Delta Happy Earth Day??? How dare you try to capitalize on the demise of our planet when you allowed 5 million bees to die this week. You %$#@^&*(&^π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬π€¬ππππππππππππππππππππππππππππππππ
@AnnaCollinson Has anyone noticed on First Dates how often the women are an orangey brown and the men are our normal color but both are Caucasian. It looks so odd to me. WTF is wrong with people.
@AnnaCollinson Dodgy capitalist 'health' product companies using dim-witted influencers to create a ridiculous beauty standard to make money. People of colour are taught to hate themselves and sold bleach and now white people too. Wrong to be your natural color b/c companies don't make money.
@devisridhar Offered amazing job in a developing nation (will be doing good) but have well managed asthma. Am vaccinated, boosted, infected lightly and recovered. Will be somewhat isolated there for the year but still, what to do? When the next vaccine is available, I'll be able to get it.
@New_Newco_Demon @LisaGeorgeWelch @Michaelberry79 @SueSuzieq4 Ha!!! High earning women find it more difficult to get dates. Powerful men prefer the massage therapist or the flower shop sales girl, both make peanuts. If he's making $100,000 and she's making $25,000 and she's paying, then he's mean of spirit and she can do better.
@ZeeGoddess444 @D3fenseGo@adeptstack@DrTomFrieden Like a broken record, your research, if it includes the bowels of youtube and FB, isn't verifiable, the sources are impossible to contact, won't discuss their findings with publicly accountable experts, then what are we talking about? Where's your evidence of millions with LTSE?
@zerocovidni @ScaryChildren@danielgoyal@Rosetho79404484 Not looked into it enough but interesting you say this. Me and friends are vaccinated and boosted, with almost no risk factors for severe covid (all around 50 though) and we got it, not so bad but recovering respiratory stamina seems a really hard slog. Thank God for vaccines.
@CinDot2017@DrTomFrieden And the research wasn't only done in America. At the same time, scientists all over the world (UK, EU, OZ, CAN etc, etc) were doing the same and sharing their results.
@D3fenseGo@adeptstack @ZeeGoddess444 @DrTomFrieden They don't know what we'll need for the rest of our lives. Covid is new. Our natural immunity is the weakest of all. The best is vaccinated, boosted and with a mild breakthrough infection but we don't know for how long. Not scientists or gov't fault. It's the nature of this virus
@Jay62848149 @Longstreet625 @GuyCreal@DrTomFrieden π€£ a fuzzy photo of a segment of TV news, taken out of context, is not evidence of anything. They never said the vaccines would stop you from getting it. They only ever said they would dramatically decrease your chances of ending up in hospital or dead.
@LadyPen90104248 @scheib_gary @DrTomFrieden No, covid is not like a cold for everyone. It's a binary choice, either you're fine like most or you're fu_ked like some. The % of some is high enough that without vaccines, we'd have a worse public health crisis than we do have, with deaths and life long disability.
@mousep0wer @lesnla @scheib_gary @DrTomFrieden People with contraindications shouldn't get it of course. That's why you need everyone else to get vaccinated. That's how you never got diptheria...because I'm vaccinated and so can't get and transmit it you.
@Mitch___Lowe@MaryCarnahan2@DrTomFrieden Pre-2020 Joe Blogs up the road with the car repair shop didn't think he knew more about virology, immunology and public health than those who spend every waking hour working in those professions.
@Michaelberry79 @Bradderss2@SueSuzieq4 Thank you for saying this. We said for so long that it's about equality, which has become a taunt. Really, it's about equity. When this becomes an equitable world for women, then we can all say how much we make before someone pays for dinner.
