@Ryanair please can someone respond to one of many emails I have sent about a refund for baggage charges when these were already paid. Check in desk closed at Malpensa, no Ryanair staff anywhere, my colleagues were made to pay again while boarding. It’s been 6 weeks and nothing🤔
