@Ask_Spectrum It has been 4 hours and no updates. @Ask_Spectrum can you at least tell us what happened? Communication helps folks decide which companies to work with.

[Missy Strittmatter @MissyStritt]

There comes a time when you have to live out loud the convictions of your heart and speak your truth. We are called to love one another. What work are we doing for our brothers and sisters today!?

[Missy Strittmatter @MissyStritt]

@mattwilliams @_nomadic_soul @jchasedavis Praying for you! Matt.18:7 & Romans 14:20 say woe to anyone who causes another man to stumble. You are the definition of causing people to stumble. Your words & actions turn people from God & the teachings of Christ. Shame on you! You twist his message for your gain. Pray hard!

Please @austinenergy turn my power back on!

[Missy Strittmatter @MissyStritt]

Hey @austinenergy just because the power is on one half of a cul de sac does not mean it is on the other side. Quit resolving my request. Our street sits on 2 grids! You should know that! Come on team. Do better!

[Missy Strittmatter @MissyStritt]

Team @austinenergy can you share now the strategy, plan, map of 100+ line workers. You are all over the map! Get power to 1 whole zip code then move on. Share how you’re bringing offline 15% of your customer base online. Total 60+hrs no power. Come on. Leadership show the plan!

[Missy Strittmatter @MissyStritt]

@CarsonJ26972284 @austinenergy We got a text we had a crew and then that disappeared and now we are back to pending. This is getting really old!

[Missy Strittmatter @MissyStritt]

What’s the status of 78759 @austinenergy? You share you’re working & reworking certain parts of town. How about working on new parts of town? How about trying to fix new neighborhoods just once? 3 days of no power on our street. No crew assigned. No trees leaning on lines here!

[Missy Strittmatter @MissyStritt]

@austinenergy 78759 has been w/o power since 2am. Any chance you can turn off power to areas of town that had power for the last nine hours and give us some for a few hours to warm our homes back up? Then we can switch back? Why is just some of the city out of power? Please update.

[Missy Strittmatter @MissyStritt]

Good morning @austinenergy 78759 has been without power for 7/seven hours. It’s not rolling, it’s just out. Any chance we can have power on for a little bit? Status update for areas who have been without power for hours? Thanks!

[Missy Strittmatter @MissyStritt]

@austinenergy Thank you @austinenergy - looks like power has been restored. Thanks for all your hard (and I am sure cold) work!

[Missy Strittmatter @MissyStritt]

@austinenergy Good morning @austinenergy any updates for the outage in 78759? We lost power over night and some in neighborhood have been without power for over 15 hours. Know you are working hard. Ideas on timing?

[Missy Strittmatter @MissyStritt]

Congrats!!!
