Colorado’s business registry under Jena Griswold turned into an open invitation for Chinese and Southeast Asian scam networks. Thousands of fake LLCs hijacked real Colorado home addresses without consent so fraudsters could look legitimate while running crypto, romance, and investment scams.

Phil Weiser’s response? Quiet civil dissolution suits. No criminal hammer. No federal escalation. Just cleanup after the damage is done—while the next wave of filings keeps coming and the media does not cover it.

This is exactly like when Griswold did not report hidden voting system passwords on the internet. Griswold owned the front door. Weiser managed the aftermath. Both failed.

Even if you don’t think he is the perfect republican candidate, there is a far bigger goal. We need checks and balances and right now we have NONE. Not just democratic views but socialist views are running through our state and local government with push back. That in its self is worth the vote.
