@Shniggz69@Roseypeetz@pandoraslawsuit Depends. Did he premeditate it? Did he make sure nobody was home that could stop it from happening? Did he verify several times that they wouldn’t be able to stop him?
@Shniggz69@ChuckEagle76 But you don’t support Lindsay and what she did, right? Isn’t that what you all say? “I don’t support her or her actions” while fighting tooth and nail for her innocence
@Shniggz69@Cajoekelmag@pandoraslawsuit Their “angle” was arguing she was mentally ill but still capable of deliberately planning the killings, understanding they were wrong, and carrying them out intentionally.
@Cajoekelmag@Shniggz69@pandoraslawsuit The defense didn’t know what their angle was lol. They just didn’t do a good job imo. They were all over the place and contradicted themselves many times.
Literally anyone can say this.
@pandoraslawsuit@Shniggz69 If she knew she was deteriorating that badly, why didn’t she tell Patrick she needed help or separate herself from the children? Why leave herself alone with them?
@pandoraslawsuit@Shniggz69 She knew her mental health was deteriorating: she sought treatment, reported serious symptoms, searched about psychosis/hallucinations and suicide, and had been hospitalized. Prosecutors argue this shows she understood her condition and was still capable of deliberate decisions.
@eyebaws1@SpazPhoenixPod@Coleidoscopes It’s also possible and not particularly improbable for a woman to brutally murder little kids. Need 10 sources of this from this year?
In 2021, Lindsay Clancy made a post in a facebook group that Dawson was “the most difficult human I have ever encountered.”
On Jan 24, 2023 3 year old Dawson was brought into the basement (separated from his siblings) and strangled first. Lindsay strangled him in the office and left him there.
Autopsy findings:
• Ligature trauma/abrasions to his neck
• Petechial hemorrhaging (bleeding from blood vessels) in and around his eyes and lip
• Cyanosis from oxygen deprivation (he was blue/purple)
• Recent bruising on his arm and legs (he fought hard)
• Acute eye hemorrhaging consistent with asphyxia (bleeding in and around the eyes)
Dr. Olson said Dawson’s facial hemorrhaging was more prominent than Cora’s and that struggling was a possible explanation.
He was just 3 years old. He must have been terrified 💔
@TiburtinaJ@LibertyJen Let’s say hypothetically he was severely mentally ill and he had a psychiatrist. And the psychiatrist did a standard job. He’s innocent, right? Or are you not going to actually answer
