@FinancialTimes The Labour proposals seek to fix a problem that simply doesn’t exist. I’ve worked in compulsory purchase for 20 yrs & the idea that landowners profit from it is a complete misconception. If anything, landowners are more likely to receive less through CPO than the market would pay
@insotelresorts@insotel_group - enjoying our stay in Mallorca but charging for use of an iron and ironing board is silly. Point of principle but no way I’m paying for that. You can reply on here or find me in the bar later - I’ll be the fella on the crinkled shirt 🤦🏻♂️

Hi @propertyjourn, are you aware of a resource that allows me to see the difference between original asking price and sold price for individual resi properties? Many thanks, Jon

@Manutuilagi, some game today! I told you it costs £7 to charge the Audi Etron when I saw you at the services this morning.... I was wrong, more like £20 for full charge at the services but £7 on my Podpoint at home. Still, would definitely recommend 👍🏻
Good luck this season 👍🏻
Also, kind of understandable that they’re not doing food, but it would have been handy if they let customers know when buying a ticket. No breakfast but at least it’s only 4.5 hours to Edinburgh! Hank Marvin!
I was looking forward to a big step back to normality today, getting on a 🚆 for first time in 14 months. But I’ve had a short sharp reminder of all of the things I didn’t miss....awful WiFi, worse ☕️ and ticket prices that means Uber is a seriously competitive alternative. 🤦🏻♂️
